The following Local Law will come into effect on 15 December 2021.
Notice of Adoption of Parking Amendment Local LawThe Shire of Carnamah Parking Amendment Local Law will come into effect on 15 12 2021.
The purpose is to amend the Shire of Carnamah Parking Local Law 2021 to insert the words ‘by resolution’ in clause 2.1(2). The effect is that the Shire of Carnamah Parking Local Law 2021 is amended.
This Local Law may be inspected at the Shire of Carnamah offices at 33-37 Macpherson Street during normal office hours or on its website at www.carnarmah.wa.gov.au.

This notice can be published when time permits but should be reasonably soon after Gazettal. Local public notice is needed. This means that it is to be published:
(a) On the local government’s official website; and
(b) Via at least three of the following mediums:in a newspaper that circulates generally throughout the district (if available);on a State Government website;
on a social media platform;
published in a newsletter or newsletters available to the majority of residents throughout the district;
exhibited on a notice board at every local government office and library within the district; or electronic mail distribution list.
Note too that up to date versions of all local laws must also be maintained on the local government’s website
