In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Carnamah gives notice of its intention to lease an industrial factory unit known as:
- Lot 75 (No. 7) 7B Forrester Avenue, Carnamah
Details of the proposed lease are as follows:
- Lessee: Hannington Group Enterprises Pty Ltd
- Term: 3 year period
- Rent: $161.50 (ex GST) per week ($8,398 per annum)
- Leasehold Valuation: $8,000 (ex-GST) per annum
Submissions addressed to the Chief Executive Officer are invited and can be emailed to shire@carnamah.wa.gov.au or posted to PO Box 80, Carnamah WA 6517 or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office at 33-37 Macpherson Street, Carnamah.
Public submissions on the Shire’s proposal, close 4.00 pm Friday 26 June 2026.
