In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Carnamah gives notice of its intention to lease land known as:
- Lot 76 (No. 9) Forrester Avenue, Carnamah; and
- Lot 77 (No. 11) Forrester Avenue, Carnamah.
Details of the proposed lease are as follows:
- Lessee: O’Driscoll’s Mechanical, Fabrication & Engineering Pty Ltd
- Term: 36 months
- Use: Workshop
- Rent: $212.30 (ex GST) per fortnight in accordance with the rental values of Council Policy “7.7 Industrial Factory Units and Associated Dwellings Carnamah – Tenancy Guidelines/Special Conditions”
- Market Valuation: Lot 76 and Lot 77 (No’s 9-11) Forrester Avenue of $16,000 per annum net (ex GST).
